Soapbox Sunday: Nifty Ideas

I don't feel like getting on my soapbox today, so here are some pretty cool ideas I've gathered up thanks to the interwebs.

Hull strawberries with a straw.

Store bedding inside the pillow cases to keep everything together.

Using coffee filters on the bottom of pots keeps the soil from falling through.

Use empty wipe containers as bag holders.

Use bread ties as cable organizers and labels.

Use muffin tins to organize craft materials.

Use wire to store wrapping paper on the ceiling of a closet rather than on the floor.

Install a tension rod under the sink to hang bottles.

Use old egg cartons to store Christmas ornaments.

Use magnets to store bobby pins.

Apply a zig zag pattern with a hot glue gun on a

plastic hanger to prevent clothes from slipping off

 hanger.

Use the tab on a soda can to prevent the straw from moving.

Turn muffin pans upside down to create cookie bowls.

Use a dust pan to fill a container to big for the sink.

Use a bread tie to repair holes in fljp-flops.

Use a comb to steady a nail.

Place a rubber band around an open paint can to wipe your brush on, and keep paint off the side of the can.

Use a staple remover to save your fingernails when trying to add things to your key ring!

Use sunglasses or a small convex mirror to avoid people sneaking up on you while wearing headphones at work.

Put wooden spoon across boiling pot of water to keep from boiling over.

Use a microfiber cloth to prevent frost from forming on the windshield.

Use a post it note to catch drilling debris.

How to put shoes in the dryer.
